Periodically, due to the overwhelming popularity of an item, a product must be placed on backorder until additional inventory is received. If your order includes an item that has been placed on backorder, you will promptly be notified by a Customer Care Representative, who will provide you with options to fulfill your current order.

Eligible Returns

  • You may return most eligible items – for whatever reason – up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • To determine whether an item is eligible for return, please refer to the date of purchase on your confirmation email.

  • Return Shipping

  • Please note that depending on the reason for your returning an item, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping is not refundable on items returned due to customer preference/change of mind. Shipping will be refunded for damaged items unless we are  replacing the item.

  • Holiday Returns Policy: Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st may be returned until January 31st.



  • Products should be returned in their original packaging as much as possible. Outside the box, write your return address. Inside, include contact information, order number, and reason for return. We recommend you choose a shipping method that is trackable.


Once we receive your package, we will credit the amount of the item to the original method of payment. If the item was purchased with a gift certificate or as a gift, you’ll be issued an in-store credit for the amount of the item.
